Name these famous duos of Mythology. A hint is given. If you have further suggestions please be my guest. Tried to mix it up and not just use Greek or Christian mythology but as I'm European those examples are most well known to me. Pairs include married couples, twins, arch enemies and so on

A massive whirlpool on the opposite side of the strait, became a metaphorical twin danger of which Humans had to chose the lesser evil, between a rock and a hard placev for Greeks

Main Greek hero of the Troyan war who was nearly unwoundable except for where his mother held him. His woundable body part became a metaphorical weak point.

His cousin and lover who posed as 1 in his armour, got slain by Hector. 1 went on a rampage after learning of his death

Twin of 2, son of Leda but with different father to 2. Son of Tyndareus, Got killed in a fight. One half of the zodiac sign Gemini
Castor
Twin by different father to 1. Son of Zeus. After his twin gets killed he is heartbroken and ask Zeus to let him be mortal, which is granted. They are placed as two stars in the sky, Gemini
Pollux
Builder who constructed the Minoan labyrinth to contain the Minotaur and flew away with his son 2 on self made waxen wings.
Daedalus
Son of 1, flew to close to the sun out of hybris and crashed into the sea
Icarus
Son of Aegeus and Hero who volunteered as a tribute to 2. Minos daughter Ariadne gave him a ball of thread to help him find his way back out after slaying 2
Theseus
Bull-headed monster, demanded a yearly tribute of seven young men and women, slain by 1
