I’ve always used “Trash bin”

Is it like from another version of English or did I just make that up ?

Nice quiz! I got all the answers so these are nitpicks:

I think most Brits would call that sweetcorn, corn on the cob, or just corn, rather than maize, which is more of a "technical term". Curious what others think.

The following are even more picky - the clues are fine really:

I'd call that a cookie. We use cookie for that classic American soft chewy thing with chocolate chips in it. Biscuits are generally harder and "snappier", though there are lots of varieties of course.

Maybe allow bin for dustbin. I'd call that thing in the picture a wheelie bin personally.

I knew there was a high risk of nitpicking, with a quiz like this. It's inevitable :D

There must certainly be a lot of variation, depending on regional habits, or generations, etc. That's why I chose to retain the suggestions of an official and renowned dictionary to settle things.

Anway, "bin" will be accepted :)
