The phrase "the book of life" occurs in Revelation 20:15, as you no doubt know. And it is a conventional greeting in Hebrew ("גמר חתימה טובה" "may your name be inscribed in the Book of Life") during the period between Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur, based on the belief that God opens the Book of Life on Rosh Hashanah and seals it on Yom Kippur.
As for "Good Job," may it be inscribed in the Book of Jokes That Fell Flat. (I have made many contributions to it over the years.)
It's in all the major versions of the canon, I'm pretty sure. There may be a Christian denomination that excludes it, but it's in the Catholic, the 3 main Protestant, and the half-dozen Orthodox canons; and of course in the Jewish Bible. It's not in the Samaritan canon, but neither are most of the options on the quiz.
Congratulations!
