Left behind is a movie now??? I've been dying to read it... (I've only read 'Taken', the other series from the children's perspective, hence only guessed that).

:( I knew so many, but haven't watched them, and couldn't remember the names.

There is 6 Left Behind movies actually. (4 of which are direct to video, 2 of them released theatrically (the 2014 and 2023 versions)).

The 2000 film is the first book. 2014 & 2023 is book one in two parts. 2002 is Tribulation Force. 2005 film is it's own thing (with elements of book 3 & 4). 2016 is based on the kids books.

Yeah, the movies are pretty crappy. But most of the books are great! (though I didn't like Apollyon. It was pretty slow and nothing happened until the very end). The prequel trilogy were my favorites.
