The Rock is in Jumanji. I'm confused :/

He wasn't in Jumanji. The only film titled Jumani was released in 1995 and starred Robin Williams. Dwayne Johnson was in Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle (2017) and Jumanji: The Next Level (2019).

The Rock wasn't in Shazam! and he was actually a lot more interested in making a movie alongside Superman

He technically was in Shazam! And besides that he did produce the film so it still counts.
