you should remove Czech Republic because it is now Czechia and it can confuse a few people on why it says Czech Republic also the Philippines is misspelled

This is my quiz not yours Theberrylegend. If you call Czech Republic Czechia that's fine. What I'm talking about is is that I say Czech Republic instead of Czechia. But you can use Czechia in your own quizzes. However I will fix the spelling.
