This is a curious list. A strong showing from Latin America where they have relatively little experience of Islam and yet East Timor and South Sudan, both areas that have experienced decades of oppression at the hands of Moslem-dominated governments, are absent!
Some of these are expected, others are a bit surprising. Adding the source would be good. In my experience, it's accurate that most people from Latin America tend to have a negative view of Islam, but once they learn more about it, they seem to accept it. However, it's a bit surprising to me that countries like Thailand and Russia which have large Muslim minorities and neighbors that also seem to be well liked and well integrated are here. On the other hand, it's surprising that countries like Denmark, Austria, or France which have some of the most anti-Muslim laws in the world and famously rough relationships with their Muslim minorities are not here.
