Several notable countries missing here: Ethiopia, Egypt, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Eritrea, Cyprus, etc.

It requires further clarification that only Eastern Orthodox churches are included, even in that case Cyprus (and possibly other countries in the Levant) are missing.
