Article is wrong. If you compare first and second map you will notice that they are different. And differences are big. Try another source. Thank you anyway :)

The Dual Monarchy's territory was never part of Moldova. All of it's eastern territories went to Romania and Ukraine.

The maps I've seen like this one show Montenegro to be a neighbour of Austria-Hungary, and not a part of it.
