because in most quizzes just the first word is enough, so no one writes "city"...

Technically, there's also City of San Marino and Luxembourg City. The only capitals who share their name with their country but don't have the word "City" are Monaco, Djibouti, Singapore, and technically Andorra la Vella and Bissau
