There is a disputed border, and if India had every piece of land claimed, it would border Afghanistan and Pakistan would not border China. However, there is no basis for the full claim, and control of the area in question means China and Pakistan border each other but India and Afghanistan do not. the control of the north part is Pakistan so it should be Pakistan because they control it, not Afghanistan because India claims it.

and if you don't want a bunch of arguments, just change that one to two countries that dont have disputing neighbors.
