I've considered travelling to some countries in Africa for "adventure." South Sudan was a contender because of proximity to my country and it being visa free, but my South Sudanese friends told me I'll almost definitely get mugged, maimed, or killed there...

Can't speak for the Central African Republic though, but I also hear it's pretty dangerous.

For me there somehow are no merged countries - when i clicked that i gave up, russia became red but it was there before, too

is there a way that when you guess one country, only that actual country gets highlighted, leaving the one it was merged with yellow? it’s quite disconcerting for the whole thing to be filled in, and then thinking you must have finished with it and moving on.

How would you know which was the merged country if only the first one turns green? The rest would all just blend in and look normal

Nigeria and Benin is so hard to tell because the with of Benin is not very noticeable when it is merged with much bigger Nigeria

I didn't realize you had to put in both merged countries, because they are both colored green. Maybe make only one of them green, or just fill in both of them when one is guessed.

I’m not sure if this is a joke or not, but I’ll reply anyways-

The quiz isn’t meant to show countries that have merged in real life. What it does is show a map, but 20 random countries have been combined together. The borders aren’t actually real, they’re made up for this quiz, to test how well you know the map
