If you divide any area into random(ish) smaller subsections you will always have lots of tripoints.
Quadrupoints (four countries meeting) is much more impressive and such a point doesn't exist. The closest is two tripoints 150 meters apart in southern Africa. There is a quadrupoint of US states though.
Always funny when a quiz contains one answer (or one set of answers in this case) that is way more obscure than the rest, based on the percentage of people who got it right.
