Is Stockholm entirely on islands? From what I see it doesn't look like it, although I could be wrong. If not, then either it should be removed from the list or Abu Dhabi should be added as well (as its city center is also on an island).

Also, I guess you could say there's an argument for adding UK here as you could say Gibraltar makes it a "non-island country". Definitely don't think this should count, but it's still interesting to point out.

The northern part of Stockholm is on a peninsula. The southern part is islands. This is according to the official city borders, not metro areas or regions.
