I got both the Ninth and the Eleventh right, but you might want to allow "reserved" for the former and "suits" for the latter. The Twentieth was tough too; I thought it only related to the date of inauguration, so I stumbled around before chancing on "terms."

The text of the Eighth Amendments prohibits cruel AND unusual punishments, not cruel OR unusual punishments.
