A couple of problems with this. First, Rovaniemi is not N of the Arctic Circle. Secondly, the four towns/cities S of the Arctic Circle should not be included in the total - thus we should be marked out of 16, not 20.

I have fixed it. I thought that it would be too difficult for players to guess the other cities and may have thought cities in North America or Iceland would have made it, which is why I added it into the answers to show that they are not North of the Arctic Circle. Rovaniemi was close enough to be part of the Arctic Circle.
