"Most expensive" country names

The country name letter trading company (CONALETCO) has attributed a value to each letter of the alphabet according to its frequency in the English language. "E" as the most frequent letter is worth 1 Euro, "T" costs 2 € and so on through "Z" (26 €). Which country names cost 100 € or more?
