Name the Author (Ibero & Latin American Literature)

Based on the work, please try to name the author
"Latin America" is hereby understood as a region of the American continent with a shared cultural background, where Romance languages are predominantly spoken, primarily Portuguese and Spanish. Comprises the majority of countries south of the United States, usually excluding English-, Dutch-, and French-speaking territories.
It is worth noting that, although some of the authors featured in this quiz might not be considered strictly "Argentines", "Brazilians", "Mexicans", "Spaniards", etc., most of them were born, spent a significant portion of their lives, and/or had a strong multifaceted connection with the territory corresponding to modern-day Portugal, Spain, and the states that make up Latin America. Additionally, in terms of vernacular affinity, it could be reasonably assumed that they wrote primarily (more often than not exclusively) in the Portuguese and Spanish languages (including archaic variations). All things considered, while their mentioning could be understandably debatable, it would also be justified to a certain degree.
"OT" stands for "Original Title", while "ENG" refers to its translation into the English language. Most of the translated titles are derived from official and reputed translations of the works mentioned; in some cases, however, when no such thing could be found, a mere literal translation was employed.
