Got everything except Philly. I feel like Miami's inclusion is pretty questionable. Though the city is extremely flat and the weather is usually nice so it's got that going for it... but... also pretty spread out with little good public transportation and a lot of days when its too hot to be outside walking in the day.

I agree Miami is questionable, but if you're going on weather, you need to exclude Chicago, Philly, New York, and Boston.

Perhaps it is because of Miami's small city limits? San Francisco and Vancouver also have small city limits, while being surrounded by sprawl.

What does walkable even mean? In half the cities listed, you'd be walking into a helluva lot of homeless people.

More or less proximity households to services. Basically a measure of connectivity, density and other factors.
