Istanbul is not a capital. Ankara is the capital of Turkey.

Very difficult! Only got 9/20 but that still beats 87.5% lf test takers.

I was only able to guess Podgorica because I speak a Slavic language natively and having some Dutch knowledge certainly helped with Windhoek (though it's easy enough to guess through the "wind" connection with English).
