I am not a doctor, so I listed the metacarpals/metatarsals by each bone, because I found it a bit confusing on the Wikipedia page.

Best quiz on human bones!

I'd just suggest a few changes like:

Accept 'os coxae' for ilium, ischium and pubis.

Accept 'triquetrum' for triquetral.

Accept 'metacarpals' for all 5 metacarpals.

Accept 'metatarsals' for all 5 metatarsals.

Great quiz! I suggest accepting "maxilla" for maxillae as the other bones except singular forms.

The metatarsals and metacarpals absolutely should be grouped. Nowhere in literature are they separated like this. Also, "triquetrum", "maxilla", and the colloquial names for the inner ear bones should be accepted.
