English Civil War A-Z

Can you name these notable people, places, and events from the Civil War and Interregnum (1640-1660)?
For clarity's sake, given it is the most well-known name for the conflict, I have called this quiz 'English Civil War A-Z' rather than 'British Civil Wars A-Z' or 'Wars of the Three Kingdoms A-Z'. I also think it is appropriate given most of my answers refer to England; I am making no claims about which name is best!
