Cities and Knights of Catan improvements

The calendar booklet in this game lets players reach new levels of city improvement when they spend commodities, allowing them to turn the pages over. If they get to a certain level, they can get a metropolis. Each page of the calendar shows three different city improvements, essentially a building (or institution); how many can you name?
