Etpunk: Answers with one letter removed

The answers to these clues are similar to standard words; the only difference is that one letter has been removed from each answer, to make a strange new expression.
Eg. the answer to "Religious bunny house" could be "Abbit hutch" (Rabbit with one letter removed).
All hints describe both the standard words and the letterless words.

This quiz needs a better description. I thought the point of the quiz was that you had to answer each question, then take away random letters. You should clarify that each hint describes BOTH the lettered word and the letterless word.
