Chicken dipped in batter, then deep fried.

Hamburger could also be beefburger or maybe just "burger"

Lasagna usually has more than 2 sheets of pasta (proper Italian has 7 sheets ...one representing each of the 7 hills around Rome)

A Hotdog is only 1 bun cut to accomodate the "dog"

Other than that good idea for a quiz, the possibilities are endless

Agree. I tried macaroni and cheese three times. I also tried macaroni & cheese. It really should be accepted.
