They are not socialist. They have a mixed economy. USA has a more capitalistic/free market orientation whereas most Western European countries have more socialist policies.
They don't have mixed economies at all, they're just social democracies, meaning they have a robust welfare state but capitalism is still extremely dominant. Socialism means collective ownership of the means of production, if a country does not have that, then it isn't socialist, at least as of now.
In fact, many of these so-called socialist countries aren't effectively socialist, at least not in the convenient sense. China and Vietnam, for example, may not have private-owned land properties, but they still allow private properties and multinational companies to exist in the cities (market "socialism"), and their ruling parties don't look like they're willing to change at all any time sooner. Venezuela does not ony have urban private properties, but it also has huge land properties, meaning it is just a populist authoritarian capitalist regime. But Cuba remains as a legitimate socialist state.
China, Vietnam, Laos and Cuba are Communist nations not socialist ones. If you are including countries like India at least check out places like France which as of 2017 had a President from the PS (Socialist Party).
2. Too much time to guess random countries
3. Please organize the countries in some way, or state they are random. :)
