Kosovo is 21° east so its nearest and when i typed Russia it counted Republic of the Congo too

You're right. Kosovo was not included in the country list in the source I used (quoted above). But since JetPunk seems to consider it a country, I changed the K clue and answer. Russia is accepted as a type-in because not everyone thinks that the Republic of Congo starts with R.
