Wouldn't Taiwan technically have all former ROC territories in dispute? Or does this list include de facto ones only?

Taiwan only claims the land that the Qing dynasty used to own, there is no realistic probability that Taiwan will ever gain that land. Pretty much all of Taiwan’s disputes are over small islands and maritime borders.
