Nice quiz. So many of these answers are gateway cities to a country that you fly into - I wonder if they're just counting people who fly into airports, rather than actual visitors to tourist cities and areas (eg Pisa, Granada, Greek Islands, Ibiza - none of which are answers here). Tourists often arrive into the actual tourist areas, especially in Europe, by train or ferry.
