Can you explain why overseas regions we're not included? I can understand Territories/Constituents like Greenland or the St Martins, but raking into consideration that French Guiana is a full part of France, I'm just a bit confused. Maybe also add a Caveat that states that the Dubious India-Sri Lanka Border is counted, because Most JetPunk Quizzes don't count it
