Ancient Greece was not one country, but many cities that were ruled by differnet people under different laws. They were like seperate countries. For more info search Peloponnese war.

I believe Athens is the largest city in Greece... otherwise your clues for Athens and Thessaloniki are contradictory.

Love this quiz! Seems rude to have an answer be "Roman Empire" for a Greece quiz is all haha
