Which raises the question: What the heck is the altitude of a city? The altitude of its lowest spot? Evidently not, since some seaside cities like Dublin didn't make the list The altitude of its highest spot? Evidently not, since Singapore contains a 500-foot high hill. The altitude of some random spot in the city? Oh, OK, that would make sense of this list.
