if Micronesia is gonna be "Federated States of Micronesia", nothing will make much sense, as Spain should be Kingdom of Spain, Republic of France, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Republic of Italy... etc. Nonsense in my opinion.

In the first caveat it says 'MON' can only be Monaco but it can also be Mongolia.
