B should go away from azerbaijan, R should go away from cyprus. I think saying "one country has no unique letters" is a bit confusing, maybe it can be phrased in a different way?

The way the description is worded, I thought one country would have zero letters removed and keep its full name, but it looks like it's the oppposite.

Love this series though, great idea.
