I think you made a couple of mistakes in this. It was Nixon in 1972 that had a margin of 96.65%, not Jefferson (who still should be on the list with 92.05%). Also, Herbert Hoover (if he stays on your list) has an "r" in his first name.

How can Lyndon. B Johnson 'win' the presidency since he never actually won the presidency at all, but just became president after the Kennedy assassination?

He was reelected on his own in 1964, two years after the Kennedy assassination.
