You say "States diagnol to each other count as borders". Therefore, Utah should be on this list with 6 bordering states: Nevada, Idaho, Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico, and Arizona.

Quite generous with the time...one could easily go through and type out every state in this amount of time to get 100%.
