In cases where several species from the same genus share the same common English name and/or are commercially used for the same purpose, I've included only the scientific name of the genus.
Tree species with descriptors in common English names (i.e. black, white) that might relate to different species in North America, Europe or Asia are included only as parts of their genera.
Cases where larger taxonomic groups than genera share the same common name (e.g. orchids) or where several different species from the same genera share different common names (e.g. cranberries and blueberries) are excluded.
Taxonomical ranks below species (subspecies, varieties) are included if they are used for very different purposes and have different common English names.
If there are some errors or suggestions for type-ins, please let me know.
However, "lavender" is misspelt.
