a germanic based creole is not the same thing as a germanic language

Bislama is an ISO 639-1 recognized language, which also recognizes things like Haitian Creole, Limburgan, etc. It's also the official language of Vanuatu. I chose to go off that as you can argue back and forth on what's a dialect/language, do creole languages count, etc.
