Name the best countries when combining the Happiness, Democracy & HDI

Name the best countries when combining the Happiness, Democracy & HD-Index, per continent (I have combined Asia & Oceania and the Americas)! I have ranked each country in each index and then combined those rankings to a score. The country with the lowest score is the highest ranking on the combined index. When a country was missing from one of the indexes I had to exclude that country. Most smaller nations are therefore not included. Some of the countries that you will not find in the data: - All smaller countries in Oceania - Almost all smaller islands in the Caribbean - Some african countries such as Somalia, South Sudan and Equatorial Guinea
