Shouldn't Romanian be on here? (Moldova's official language was Romanian when it was part of the Soviet Union.)

It's present as Moldovan. If I'm not mistaken, the Romanian language in Moldova was officially called Moldovan during Soviet times.

Yes but it was known as Moldovan
