Wikipedia concurs that it's the largest stadium in the world. (Unless I've misunderstood what you're trying to say?)

Note that the current incarnation of that stadium was only opened a few years ago, so it was not the world's largest stadium until fairly recently. If you have something else in mind for that (e.g.: the Rungrado 1st of May Stadium in Pyongyang, which used to hold that title) then your knowledge needs to be updated. 🙂
