Buuut, there are some objections:
1. I think you should accept ^West(ern)? Macedonia and same for eastern.
2. Also, you couldn't answer in greek, as the caveat says, but to be fair you do have Greek translated answers, just in Latin alphabet.
If you ever want to integrate answers in Greek or translate this quiz altogether, I'd be happy to help you!
Suggestion 1 has been accepted but unfortunately I can't do anything about the second, this is a quiz on the English section, not the Greek one.
