This quiz is part of my new series called 'Trace the ___ by Guessing Cities' where I will do countries and possibly regions and continents. I will create the series once I have made my third quiz of the same type.
Sources and Credits
• Massive thanks to overtired for doing the CSS and some of the SVG, this quiz wouldn't have been possible without him
• Inspiration for this is quiz is this by Jiaozira
(Sidenote: The two Jeppies you see at the end of the quiz are submissions for an Astana contest, I'm not sure if it is still open but maybe message them if you would like to participate. The left one has the dome of the Florence Cathedral on its head and the right one is a Roman soldier)
Would LOVE to see this for a ton of other countries!
I will make more quizzes in this series for sure :)
I agree 100% with you! Yes, on the contrary, I hate to take tests that do not teach me anything new (like a Country in a Pumpkin or Flags-Shapes of Countries on the Mediterranean Sea, if there are two more similar tests, it constantly prevents me from gaining points, and okay), it is very difficult to pass the same test 100%, since I do not know how well you need to know the geography and culture of Italy for this, but it's great. It would have been a disappointment for me to pass this test 100%, and, thank God, I did not do it, but I learned so much about the cities of this wonderful country! Your quiz literally plunges into the culture of the country, and it's worth a lot, thank you again and I'm waiting for new quizzes of this one!
Thanks!
Just some note (I'm Italian):
Palermo it's a region, not a state capital
Cagliari was only capital of the Kingdom of Sardinia, it became Capital of the Kingdom of Sardinia-Piedmont only for few years during napoleonic era
I apologise for both errors, they have since been fixed ;)
