I knew who composed some of the ones I didn't get, but that was because I couldn't spell them! ;-) Don't know "The Land of the Mountain and the Flood" though. Where is that from?

It's a patriotic festival overture about Scotland by the 19th-century composer MacCunn. Listen to it if you get chance - it's great!
