The J in Slavic languages is similar to the Y in English. The 4th answer may be questionable.

I see your point there... but there would be flood of complaints if it was gone and J is a consonant in english anyway. Would be interesting to hear a comment from someone with a better understanding of slavic languages, preferably a native speaker. Anyone?
