Some countries have really poor info on this, in those cases it will only list the ones im able to confirm and thus may be less than 5 (like with Dominica)
If it's L1 and L2 speakers then it's marked in green, I tried to use L1 but some countries only provide both.
Central African Republic has two languages that tie at 130k so there are two 5s
Numbers for small countries, island countries and a lot of Africa (especially central and western) are very rough due to the relatively small amount of info.
