Lenin Peace Prize Recipients by Country

The Lenin Peace Prize was awarded from 1950 - 1990, name every country that a had a recipient of it (also includes the original Stalin Peace Prize, it was renamed to Lenin in 1956)
One was posthumous and one wasn't able to be recieved until 2002, after the Soviet Union had collapsed. Also includes one person who turned it down.
Some of these countries no longer exist and one is not recognized by Jetpunk.
2 people were born in one country but primarily lived and acted in another, I counted the one they mainly lived in.
Another 4 were residents of 2 countries, I chose the ones where they were born.
