What about the UK, at the least if territories count its a straight shot to Bermuda.

Even without considering Bermuda. Florida to S coast of mainland UK looks straight to me. I don't see how Belgium and Netherlands can be reached but not UK.

Yes, I forgot the UK. Let me add it. One can make a great circle segment from netherlands/Belgium to northern alaska. (And territories dont count btw:)

Is this following a true straight path along a Great Circle route on a round globe or a curved path that looks straight on a flat map?

There are probably others that were missed but one that comes to mind is Pakistan, passing through the Strait of Mozambique through the Drake Passage and up through the Pacific to Alaska.
