Two very small details: the last answer is not technically a country as such but an "autonomous territory". Maybe leave a remark at the beginning of the quizz on that point.
My second detail is about the use of the fleur-de-lys. In my opinion, as it is not in the flag of the country, I would not have placed it here. Though I get your point that it is quite helpful to guess the country but I still think the blue stripe would be enough.
