Can you name the provinces of Tally Island? Tally island was discovered by tourists on a cruise to Mexico. Their ship was completely destroyed by the roaring waves and the remnants of their ship washed up on the shore of Tally Island. They then founded their own micronation with a functioning government, a stable population, and defined territorial claims. Today, Tally remains a territory of Cuba with no official status as a sovereign state.
